My right leg has numbness from top to bottom. About a month ago I stepped on a rock in my bare feet and ever since it feels like I have pressure in that spot, like a rock in my shoe. a few days ago the numbness began. May not be related, I may have
sciatica because of a herniated disk I got about 15 years ago. any excersices I can do to help?

It's the herniated disc that gives you the numbness and something you should never have allowed to go on for so long! My neurosurgeon told me it scars the nerves and the damage is permanent!

Numbness usually indicates a nerve problem or blood circulation problem. Your herniated disk could be causing pressure on a vital nerve in your back. Might want to see a doctor since neither would be good. He could also check out the bruised heel bone.

Why not look for somebody who is an expert in acupressure. They can trace anything that has been dis aligned due to wrong posture, sprains, wrong body movements, body weakness etc and correct them even w/out medications. I have a friend who is an expert on problems like this. He works miracle.He told me that he was trained in Japan. He is also an expert in acupuncture.
