pls. can you mention the fields and if u can , can you suggest some good universities in india???

I would say from experience choose the field(s) that you have the most interests and talents in. I don't know if there is a sexual bias against females in the scientific fields in India or not.
As to which schools, I would try to go to the best ones I could get in to and take the hardest and most demanding professors. That way you will be forced to learn at a much higher level than the other students.

There are some "obvious" answers like chemistry, science, engineering, nano-tech type stuff.... but at the end of the day, do something you enjoy, otherwise life won't be as much fun.
If you're thinking that you only enjoy these three things, maybe try broadening your horizons and keeping your options open, as the kinds of things you enjoy now will probably change over the next few years.
