MLB 2k7 for 360 says it can have a "custom soundtrack". So...
A) What does that mean?

It can mean a couple of things...
You can put music onto your 360 and listen to it while you play.
I know that one of the original xbox NFL 2k games you could take your music and have it play over the stadium PA when you score touchdowns or after big plays.
I think you can probably do that on MLB too.
So I would put some music on your 360 then go into the music menu on MLB and see if you can bring up your playlist and use it.

you can listen to your own music from cd's or stream ot from a computer that uses windows and has windows media player then you make your playlist in the 360's dashboard then you can listen to that music in game

it means you can load music from your personal cd collection into the game, much like the original xbox did.
