he still has plenty of room to move, so yes he will be all over the place. i am also 23 weeks with a baby girl and i swear she does flips in there, one minute she is high and the next she is low, just depends on where they are comfortable at that moment.
no worries!

He is still feet first. I am 29 weeks and my baby boy still kicks really low, only occasionaly I will feel him around my belly button. My doctor says this is normal and he is just hanging out low in the uterus. I have been told that boys tend to stay lower

YUP lol im 25 weeks and the babies love doing flips at this stage because they have so much room to move around in. My boy changes places every hour lol. Sometimes its really low like you said and other times his feet are buried under my belly button. Theres nothin wrong with it, theres all kinds of room in there for them at this stage and they are enjoying it!!! Goodluck and happy pregnancy!! :)
Mom of 4 boys and 25 weeks with boy 5!!!

All of my babies were breech very late into my pregnancy
My second baby flipped to breech during labour and she weighed a hefty 9lbs 4oz. Babies flip, flop and slide especially at only 23 weeks :)
I'm 22 weeks myself and my little guy kicked my ribs this morning and then I felt him flip and start kicking my hip. Don't stress yet, in fact don't worry about breech presentation until 37/38 weeks.
Good luck!

That's completely normal. He's still small enough to have room to move around and change position and kick in tons of fun places! Most babies turn head-down for delivery a little bit later in pregnancy, so him turning around right now isn't much to be concerned about, since he still has so much room. Congratulations!

Actually, you don't need to worry about whether he has turned until you are closer to 36 weeks.
They still have a lot of room to flip around at 23 weeks.
