There is possibly any way out for a decided court verdict of death penalty if it remains unchanged even after a judicial review or appeal. However, the judicial system must work in the best interest of the society. Thus in our opinion there is no justification for doing away with death penalty and if it not there, it should be reintroduced to cleanse the public life.

I think the only way the death penalty should be re-introduced is if we have a flawless system that can 100% indentify killers (that will never happen). I dont understand why you would want to put to death innocent people though thats twisted...

The dying penalty shouldn't in any respect be presented for something, there have been to many circumstances the place human beings have been imprisoned for years in straight forward terms to be got here across harmless years later. i might regardless of the undeniable fact that lock them up for existence. The killing section is likewise appropriate, maximum paedophiles do no longer kill their sufferers, yet extra might in the event that they knew they may be accomplished for his or her crime as they does no longer desire to pass away the sufferer to locate them. If the punishments an identical for the two crimes then they might sense they have no longer something to lose.

To answer you initial question ,yes. For your further explanation, no. I have read arguments from both sides, and still am for the death penalty. Attorney Barry Scheck, and the Innocence Project, has done a lot to help the innocent on death row, with DNA testing, and I'd consider that as a safeguard to human rights.

That remains to be unsettled but to discuss it we need to consider 2 perspective, moral and law. Although long time ago issue on separation of church and the state was settled this topic remains to be open.

Theres no guarantee that justice will be serve if we kill a convicted criminal. But the idea of law to render justice must executed.

If I were to settle this, I think we must pass a law that gives the family, relatives of the victim a chance to vindicate whether or not to execute a convict. The end of justive to be serve must end to the point of serving a lifetime sentence but if qualified for death then it remains to the family of the victim.

We sympatize to the sufferings of the family of the victim while the family of the convict pray and beg for mercy. Put yourself on both shoes and see how hard for them to decide their sides.
