I got to the gym every Mon. Wed. & Sat. The six major muscle groups that I exercise with weights are: Shoulder, Biceps, Back, Legs, Triceps, & Chest. My goal is to combine two of these muscle groups every day that I go to get a complete body work out every week. Does any body have have any advice on what groups should be combined together? or are there certain muscle groups that should be exercised by themselves on any given day?
