Should a man be allowed a free go on your a.r.s.e? you might like that eh?

A free go at what? Actually raping her? I'd say no.

However I agree that the woman should be punished for falsely accusing him, if she did this knowingly.

Being falsely accused is no fun! But the woman should be prosecuted for wasting police, court time and compensate the male!
Rape is no joke , and neither is being falsely accused.

No he shouldn`t be allowed a free go!, however I did find this funny. The woman should be punished by law, because due to her actions she damages the claims of all the other poor women/girls, who have experienced this horrendous ordeal.
(ps)
Couldn`t you have found a more original name?

i agree if a woman accused of man of rape and its false they should be consequences for the female. because is not fair if the man didn't commit a crime.

of course not. but she should be punished for lying. (and there ARE laws against that) if the man was innocent then it would be up to him (his legal counsel) to prove that she was indeed lying.
but what if there just wasn't enough evidence to prove that it happened? that does not mean that it did not happen.

women who would do that are horrible, not only is it grossly unethical, but they perpetuate the disbelief of those who come forward when they actually HAVE been raped, which in turn perpetuates women not coming forward for fear of not being believed.

Hell of a question! And yes I did laugh when I read it, much to my shame. The answer is obviously no. Where would it end if applied equally throughout law. Those falsely accused of assault get a free punch, those falsely accused of robbery get to hold up a bank of their choosing and what of wrongly convicted and imprisoned murderers? I'm starting to get a headache!!

hmm, it would probably never get the go-ahead! I dont agree that if he is found innocent nothing hapens to the woman. She should get locked up for as long as the bloke would have got.
