i was wondering, if you had taken the contraceptive pill (Yasmine) for only 4+ days and your condom broke. is there a need for the morning after pill? if so, where could it be purchased (eg pharmacy), what would be the possible side-effects and how long would they last?
thanks!

You need to be on birth control for one week for it to be effective.
Plan B has a lot of side effects. They can screw up your menstrual cycle, cause cramping, nausea, vomiting. The side effects don't last for more than a day.

It depends on how much time has elapsed since the condom broke. The morning after pill is only effective up to a certain amount of time after the condom broke. Planned parenthood can provide the pill and more information for you, but I think you may need to agree to an exam.

you wernt on the birth control long enough for i to be effective. you prolly didn't get much semen in you if you were using a condom, even thogh it broke. The morning after pill is at Planned Parenthood clinics, just google that and go to their website 4 more info.
