You could wear those sound blocking earmuff things to bed.

Other than that, there is nothing. It is illegal to shoot 90% of the birds out there- most are protected in some way.Plus it wouldn't be a good idea to be shooting a gun in your backyard (unless you are in the country).

You could put up a fake plastic owl- those will sometimes work for a month or so. Then one stupid bird will accidently build a nest up on top of it's head, and they won't be afraid anymore.

Nothing you can do really. It's like other noises,
you have to mask the noise. Play a CD with
the sound of the ocean or a waterfall or some
other ambient sound, or soft music. Or you
can run a fan in your bedroom.
But If you don't have very close neighbors you
can go out to your car and play some ACDC or
Van Halen, loud. After only a few minutes this
usually gets rid of the birds, but then you may
not be sleepy anymore.

Get a bird book. Then you can learn about the birds, and learn to appreciate them instead of viewing nature as a nuisance.

Or shut your window.

You can't, it is a part of nature...deal with it. Get some earplugs or one of those noise makers that play sounds such as an ocean, or white noise.

Get some earplugs, get used to it, or move.

Or kill them, which I definitely don't agree with!
