Help my Zen Creative decided its not going to connect to my harddrive and I installed it last night what now?

Its saying that its not connected but its connected to the harddrive and got done charging last night.

1st reinstall the software it came with. Connect your zen to your SUB 2.0 port in the back of your PC. Do you have Windows Vista? If so you need to update your software.

did you installed the software that come with your zune? You have to install it
