Well technically minor disagreements only allow you to drop people from a third floor window, but if it's a particularly annoying person I expect you could get away with it...

If it was me being dropped out the window then I'd say yes, I think I'd say yes anyway, especially if its just a minor disagreement...

Well, it's frowned up.
Something to do with that whole "might cause death" aspect that people find so unacceptable.

Now giving him a power wedgie might be a bit more politically correct.
