I, for one, am relieved they are not doing anything about anything.

I'm disappointed that Congress doesn't follow its constitutional responsibilities to regulate the armed forces and declare war. (US Constitution Article I, Section 8).
I'm disappointed that they don't follow the wishes of the American people.

But it's been years since I completely trusted Congressmembers of either party to do the right thing.

And, if they were to uphold the laws of the USA (Including the False Statements Act and the Kellogg-Briand Pact), then the Bush and Clinton foregin policy staff would all be in jail, as would most of Congress...

Neither. I'm annoyed at my President for making it impossible for the will of the people to be done.

Congress can't do anything because the President has basically told them he will veto anything they do that doesn't fit his agenda. Since Congress is elected to be the representatives of the people in government, that's really, really counter-productive in a "democratic republic" like ours.

He makes a really good dictator, doesn't he?
