If you didn't sleep the whole night doing a project because of poor time management. How do you get rid of the hangover? I took a shower and drank water, it's not helping.

Other than getting some rest.....Try drinking juice along with plenty of water, if you have a headache by all means take some Tylenol. Otherwise that's pretty much gonna do it. You can drink coffee or a caffinated soda, sometimes this will help shake it off. But since your hangover is due to lack of sleep, sleep is the only thing that is gonna totally get rid of the hang over.

People he did not mention alcohol! but what I read is you did not sleep doing a project...now if that project was accompanied by one tequila two tequila's...three tequila's floor...then that is another story but on all seriousness If a hangover is alcohol related suggest lots of water like everybody else, Latina that I am coffee coffee coffee...but babi get the expresso kind and get some rest....I'm sure you feel bad enough now so I'm not going to judge you but yes suggest to manage your time a little more wisely...but I'm not scolding you ...you learned the lesson ..hope you feel better!
Good luck on that project hope all the hangover paid off :-)

A hangover is a result of dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids preferably without alcohol (!) or caffeine. Consider something like Pedia-light type drinks given to children to prevent dehydration. They taste foul but will help restore your system more quickly.

see if you can get your hands on some prescription painkillers. no joke, they have worked the best for hangovers in the past -- problem being, at least in the US, they are kind of hard to come by unless you have a lot of money or a legitimate painful situation or are over 55. Thats when they start trusting you enough to give you the good meds.

You can help avoid getting a hang over by occasionally having a soda in between some drinks. It will bring your sugar level back up. Atleast it works for me, then before I go to bed I take an advil with some soda and I wake up feeling fine.

The best way to get rid of a bad hangover is not to drink at all.

most importantly you need to drink lots of water to rehydrate yourself and flush the grog out of your system. To pick yourself up, try some vitamin B, either in tablet form or via some "V" energy drink, but not in the afternoon. Eat healthy light food to help your body recover.

I drink LOTS of water and I tend to eat a lot throughout the day. As soon as you get time grab a snooze. It just takes time to go through your body.

Sleep and water. Also some people say the "hair of the dog that bit you". Have a small amount of whatever got you drunk. I know it sounds really crazy, but i have tried it and had success, good luck
