i got to the freezer then i got captured by some ghost? is it cos of my sanity or is that suposed 2 happen?

The freezer is in the basement
1st left down the stairs then straight on!

If you go down the stairs towards the fuel room,at the bottom of the stairs turn left and the freezer is the door facing you,Hope you find it,good luck.

the freezer is in the buy goods bit under appliances in the kitchen section,
