on my tv the picture goes away as soon as you turn it off
my parents have one where the picture stay on the screen for like 5 seconds after you turn it off

Man it depends on the drugs you take cause my cousin was laughing at the t.v. but nothing was on. but she says she was watching SpongBob. but i don't see how that was when i don't even have cable.
