My friend is a nice person and a good girl. She's in a bd place right now. She was born a actual anatomical woman. The place that she works someone started a rumor that she was a man. No one talks to hear, no one looks at her. Everyone is two-faced to her all because people think that she is a man. I am the only true person to her and this is a huge coporation. She wants to kill herself because she can't take the harrassment and discrimination that she gets for no good reason. She doesn't know why someone would start such a rumor about her being a man when she never ever was. What can be done to overcome this because she's had 3 previous suicide attempts. SHe has the best heart that anyone would ever see. She's in pain and no one can help, because when she people have asked "Are you a man or a woman?" she has said," I am woman". She knows why people ask her that. People don't go around spreading the truth people only spread the bad around
Any advice would be helpful. Thank you

Sounds like she is in a hostile work environment. If the company has a anti discrimination or harassment policy, she should start by reporting it to their human resources department. With todays case law, if they fail to promptly and completely investigate, the company and its officers may be liable in a civil suit. Most companies today take this very seriously and have a set protocol they must follow. If they fail to take action, she should consult an attorney quickly. In the meantime, thanks for being her friend and tell her to hang in there. Running away form a problem never solves anything, similarly with suicide. Just being there for her should be a help right now, but getting her into counseling would help even more.

The truth is just too boring. People love gossiping and spreading stories. Everyone wants to hear something juicy. Unfortunately this sometimes leads to slander. Your friend may have to take legal action to stop this. She should consult an attorney.

Dear person, i know that your friend is in pain and you want to help her. so, just ask her what she wants to do about this matter except for suicide. Try changing the residence or the place where she works because bulls will be bulls only. nobody can stop them from hitting horns to others. See, I am sorry about this, but I can help you only so much..............

You are a true friend. Be there for her and talk to her about consulting an attorney. This is defamation of character. She has rights, she just has to exercise them and leave that job. There are plenty of jobs out there.

You probably don't want to hear this, but sit down and read Gods Word and you will find comfort. He can and will strengthen you through Prayer and accepting His Son as your Lord and Savior. What other people say about you is not going to hurt you. Remember the old saying, "sticks and stones"? Good luck.

you are a GREAT PERSON AND A GREAT FRIEND let no one tell you different. You can help her by trying to persuade her to turn away from it. It is only a feeling that she feel but then again she needs help but no one knows that. usually a TURE PASTOR (not a lying pastor) could help her cause God speaks through him.

she can sue the company for ruining her rep. and maybe that would help her feel better and tell her to not to worry about other people because they will get thrirs for picking on her and nottellingthe truth
