I woke up last night and thought "hum have I been up all night?, I really need to go to sleep, hey wait, I must have just woken up" do you do this or am I the only one how thinks about 500 thoughts at once. No wonder I'm so tired in the mornings.

It all depends on your dreams. I do it a lot, and actually, I have a bit of a story out of it.
"One night I was getting ready for bead, but I just had to finish watching Sex & the City (don't ask). I got to sleep just fine, and at about 1:03 I woke up.. That's what I thought. And I saw Tommy Vizecaurtis sitting next to me butt naked. He quoted, " Hey baby, 'lemme get in 'dem draws ". Boy, was that creepy as ever. Turns out, I was sleeping the whole time.. Thank goodness. So, I kept sleeping and as I was dreaming I went through my daily routine, with Tommy everywhere I went. Now I can never watch the Late Show ever again..

Yes, all the time; so I'm always waking up tired. Sometimes I wish I could just shutdown my brain for the night so I could get a good nights sleep.
I find reading a book before you go to bed helps you to relax and drift off to sleep naturally; which can help clear your mind of all those random thoughts.
