Depends what you want.

I wanted to be able to use my phone in Europe, and have a GPS. The Europe capability meant only one phone at Verizon could be used (all the phones at t-mobile and At&t could). The GPS meant only verizon unless I wanted to use some external box.

I picked the one phone at Verizon

cingular-good plans (about the same as everyone else), phones have sim cards (to change over phone all u have to do is switch sim card and no worries about activation fees), rollover minutes
