If by "weiners" you mean the male "twig and berries", and if by "funny" you mean that you "want it", then yes, I could see how you think they're "funny".
If however, you are referring to a hot dog, and by "funny" you mean "funny", then I don't know what you're talking about.
But if by "weiners" you mean a dachshund dog whose legs have been genetically manipulated to be so very tiny - to the point that they are just a body, a tail and a head, then I agree! Dogs with no legs are hilarious!
