Global warming filters?

Would it be possible to build a filter of some sort to collect all the carbondioxid in the air? What if they where small enough that everyone could have one???

What is this about? Global warming? I guess you could start by collecting the breath of all 6 billion plus human beings. That would knock a dent in the CO2 levels.
