going around in circles. Got the set cd have installed and unistalled programme and rebooted pc but no joy.

NOT SURE HOW TO CHANGE PHONE SETTINGS think im a techophobic.

you and I have that problem seems all sony ericsons model Phones need a brand new computer! the question is which computer!!!
I tried 2 pc's and gave up after downloading from sony ericson website their up to date pc -to phone software.

you have to put the phone in file transfer mode
