this pains stops and comes and i dont know what causes it and that of tiredness

Left sided chest pain should not be ignored, and you should not seek medical advice on the internet. Go to the doctor.

you may have an upper resp. infection and you may need medication to loosen up the mucus, and you can be tired because of the extra breathing you are doing because of this, go to the doctor and let him/her check you out, it doesn't sound like the heart, because if it was the heart you would not have pain on the left side it would feel more like a heavy squeezing pain in the general chest area, you may also have a collapsed lung on the left side, best thing to do is get checked out. If the pain increase in severity by movement > the problem is in your ribs
If the pain rediate to the left arm>the problem is in your heart
