How do I get a(n) "Location Free" on my psp? and what they mean by "Location Free"?

Because I just bought my psp yesterday and I have no idea what that is!

Location Free allows you to:

* Stream TV or movies from home over the internet to your PlayStation Portable or PC (connected to a hotspot)

* Watch TV or movies wirelessly around the home

In order to do so, you need a Location Free player.

Either the location free player or a sling box will do.

Amazon.com or ebay would be the best to look.
