Ghetto was a term used for a Jewish neighborhood because many Jews lived in poor neighborhoods back in the days - but now it is any poor neighborhood. Rather it is inner city, a tailor park, or a small town with no economic resources. It can also me mental - a Ghetto mind state - So it sounds like you are in the ghetto right now!

This question is obviously aimed at inciting a response from blacks because anyone who has stepped outside of their home in the last 50 years knows fully who inhabits the ghettos.
A ghetto is just a poor part of town. Many blacks, as you know, inhabit the ghettos. There are also ghettos inhabited by Hispanics and even Asians. White "ghettos" are called trailer parks, as you know.
Now, what was the point of this question?

Do you not know what a ghetto is? It's a place where a concentrated amount of one race lives.... so in essence, anywhere where a lot of one race lives is a ghetto...

In which era? When Hitler ruled he MADE the jews live in ghettos so he could control what they were doing and round them up faster. It wasn't a choice to them. Now, it's made of the poorer people, who CHOSE to live there.

In Atlanta it is mostly blacks that live in the ghetto, because they like it. If they didn't like it they could get jobs and move out but beware when they move next to you a lot of them like to turn their new neighborhood into a ghetto.

ACTUALLY ITS WHITE PEOPLE!
THEY HAVE TRAILER PARKS GALORE! MIDDLE AMERICA IS MOSTLY POOR WHITE PEOPLE!
BUT EVEN THOUGHT THE WORLD IS ONLY 12% BLK AND ABOUT 50% WHITE..... WE ARE TAUGHT TO BELIEVE THAT THE WHOLE 12% OF BLK PEOPLE LIVE IN THE GHETTO! NOT TRUE AT LEAST 12% OF THE 50% PERCENT OR MORE OF WHITES THIS COUNTRY ARE LIVING IN SQUALOR
