How do I remove links from ESQ bracer watch?

My ESQ bracer watch has a pin and a little ring that goes around it. I'm not sure how to put back the links once it's disassembled. Most watches just have a link pin but this watch has a link pin and a 1mm ring that holds together two adjacent links. Please help?

Take it to a jeweler. I wouldn't want to mess up an ESQ!!
