i think its blocked

If you can see it and get at it pull the plastic tube off the rear nozzel bit then operat the switch to see if the water is coming through the tube if not the tube is blocked so check the bottle end of the tube. If the water is coming through the tube ok it is the nozzel that is blocked put a pin in the nozzle hole this may unblock it hopefully.

take the hose off and use compressed air to blow through it and the rear wiper where the water comes out.

take off the hose and blow through it.and also once the hose is off,try using the washers,to see if the pump is working.it also could either be the fuse or the piece,where the hose goes on.
