I had one in October. Your not done healing yet. You stay down for 6 weeks to heal properly. If you don't let those muscles get strong and reconnect you'll have big trouble for the long haul. I mean big trouble like a hernia. That takes more surgery. If you have to cough or sneeze hold a pillow over you incision while it's happening. Try it. It makes a big difference. If you can avoid those things though I would try to not disturb it down there. I have gone through a hard time with this I just turned 40, so I can feel your pain. I had a Dr. that mad a mistake on my dnc and I ended up with a complete hysterectomy. If you need more advice or have questions you can send me e-mail I would be glad to talk to you if I can help.

It took me 4 weeks to start feeling normal. Went back to work at 6 weeks and was still tired, sore. Just don't rush yourself. Surgery is traumatic to your body and with a hysterectomy you might also have hormone issues to deal with. Follow the post-op care the hospital or doctor should have given. Using a pillow when coughing and sneezing helps alot! I also found that using a heating pad (on low) for 30 minutes or so helped with the soreness. Basically, use this time to take care of yourself.

Any surgery could take time to heal, it all depenses on the person. My mom got and it actually took more than 3 months before it completly healed. Don't worry, this doesn't mean it will take as long for you, my mom doesn't have a strong body, that's why it took so long. It may be a hard thing to do right know but, be patiant; sometimes it helps.

I haven't had one of those, but have known a number of women that did. It is major surgery and it takes a while to get back into the swing of things. If you have had your abdomen split open to do this, then it will take at least 2 months before you feel better and can vacuum, lift etc.

i had one at 29. it took me 2 weeks to be up and going. everyone told me i healed really fast though. the doc said 4-6 wks, so you are probably doing fine as long as incision site is healing well. give yourself more time!

I settle for complete accountability for each thing I do. there's no person else to blame. each thing I do is accomplished in straight forward terms by making use of me. i attempt to think of before I talk, yet now and back i do no longer. i attempt to think of before I act, yet now and back I act, yet now and back i do no longer. yet I additionally comprehend that i'm in straight forward terms meer mortal and guy. i will constantly have shortcomings...yet I even have accomplishments. And to me, as long as my accomplishments as by making use of a techniques outweighing my shortcomings i'm doing purely advantageous. a guy who would not admit to failure isn't a real guy. each and everyman alive has had failure a minimum of as quickly as in his existence.
