Only once. It wasn't food, it was a drink that one of my kids had. He asked me if I wanted to try some, because it was strawberry flavoured and yummy. So I took a sip and it turned out to be strawberry and banana - bananas make me feel nauseous - so it was either spit it out, or swallow it and potentially throw up everything else in my stomach.
