i am not able to open gscc.org.uk?

i am not able register in the site. I appreciate your help in this respect.

1. I got into the site without problems.

2. Perhaps you didn't read the following guidance about registration properly ....

"To fill in the form online, you need to register for a username and password.
Your username and password will then be emailed to you. You will then be able to fill in the registration form confidentially and go back to a part-completed form if you need to. Any details that you add to the form will be saved for three months. After that, data you have entered on to your form will be lost.
Please note that if you use an email service provided by AOL, Outlook 2003, or Hotmail, we recommend that you do the following before registering for a username or password, to make sure you can receive an email from the GSCC:
AOL users - please add [e-mail] to your AOL address book.
Outlook 2003 users - please add [e-mail] to your trusted senders list.
Hotmail users - please add [e-mail] to your contacts
Click here to register for a username and password."
