1. Ask them what job position are they looking for? (Helps with narrowing down time frame of the interview.... At least for me when I am looking for 2nd shift I don't want to waste too much time with a person who wants it their way.) Also ask them what they think the job is about.

2. Ask about qualifications from either their job application or resume

3. What did they like or not like about past jobs? Have them elaborate...

4. If experienced what can they do here?

5. Ask them if they have any questions... then it is over.
