You've seen most of the ones I would suggest, but here's some more:

Brazil.
The Fountain.
Perfume.
Akira.
2001: A Space Odyssey.
American Psycho.
Identity.
Being John Malkovitch.

Oh, yeah... I haven't seen Gilliam's Tideland or Inland Empire, but I've heard they're both nice confusing films.

Bambi and Dumbo movies deal with animal cruelty. Then there is Snow White that raises the issues of a lone female lost in the forest with seven dwarves after her. What perversions await her.

I was going to say memento, just saw that yesterday again. I thought the movie Identity was odd as well as a movie called In the Mouth of Madness. That one may be hard to find. I loved it. Good luck

Most anything by David Lynch will do, but his first movie, "Eraserhead" was the height of strangeness. If you can figure it out, please let me know. His first "mainstream" movie, Blue Velvet (with Dennis Hopper) is nearly as weird. You have to see them to know what I'm writing about because they can't be explained well.

"Breaking the Waves" is another great, strange one, though more straightforward.

"Heavenly Creatures," directed by Peter Jackson (of Lord of the Rings) is a true story of two girls who did something bad to try to keep their parents from separating them.

More about each movie is available if you search on wikipedia (link below). Happy viewing!
