There are a few radio stations that do anime music. Try:

http://www.live365.com/stations/gundamnook
http://stations.swcast.net/keiichi000
http://kawaii-radio.net/listen.php
http://www.animehardcoreradio.net/
http://www.adventuresinanimemusic.com/

I know the Winamp program also had a list of radio stations, and had a few dedicated to J-pop or anime music, as well, so you could always try those, too.

I would suggest http://www.animeindepth.com/series.php?series=1&page=14&mode=page
It has Fullmetal Alchemist themes and I believe some Bleach as well. Or go to Youtube and watch the episodes themselves. They should have music.
