The short answer is no. Because it was built into the phones as the operating system. Samsung phones generally dont use symbian software. A couple of the samsungs use windows mobile operating system. I have a nokia n73 and uses symbian series 60 ver3. Also i have a samsung e900, which is just a mobile phone. When you buy a mobile phone you need to decide what you want to use it for and what operating system you want , my n73 is more like a computer than a phone. Symbian is like bluetooth both are installed when is being built and cant be added later.

No the Symbian Operating system is factory installed and the phones like Nokia S60 handsets are made to use the Symbian operating system - it is therefore not possible to install this onto non symbian handset.
If you want to Run Tomtom I would go out an get a handset like the Nokia 6680, 6630 or 3230
