of course as far as I know you can only take a ferry from france to England or Ireland and then take another ferry from there to Holland... Or you could just drive from France to Holland...

i presume you mean get the ferry to france then drive to holland.

avis has a range of vehicles for all uses and sizes, there are also a number of websites that can compare rates of the other companies.

I would reccomend picking up the vehicle once you are in france as that way you get the left hand drive version.
