I now have no radio and a few other odd wiring problems. R & R fuse did no good and there is now a short in that circuit. Where is the most likely point of failure. I assume the electrical shock went down the antenna.

Interesting. I would guess that the damage is inside the radio unit. I'd unplug it and see if the circuit is still shorted.

Check your comprehensive coverage. It will cover damage of this sort. Your premiums will not increase
