Why do we as a country tell God to get out of oue lives?Then when something bad Happens we are begging for his help?Or blaming him for our stupid mistakes?

Great question!!! I love this one. God should be the center of our lives and we need to honor and love him and uphold him. When we turn our backs on God it is a BIG mistake and not a good way to live. Like when Spet 11 hit it brought people and Americal to its knees! Churches were packed out for the next few weeks and months and people cried out to God for help and mercy... BUT when things calmed down we as a nation and people forgot about God again and just went on with our lives an forgot the mercy and love that he showed us at that time. Also when New Orleans happened they went to God and prayed alot and now it is back to what it was before. It is not Gods fault for our mistakes and sins... It is ours. We need a good and loving God in our lives every day to help us make the right decisions and choices. God is good all the time and all the time God is good! I totally agree with you on this one. Thanks for bringing it up... Makes me think for sure. How can we ask God to be merciful to us as a nation when we have turned our backs on Him and have forgotten him and feel we do not need him anymore? God is God and that is that and He will not be forgotten and His mercy will not always last and endure and his judgement is coming. People get Ready Jesus is coming!

Good question, but I try to keep God in my daily affairs regardless of what the rest of the country does.
