I've been looking at the MP3 players at circuitcity.com and the Creative Labs 30GB Zen Vision:M Digital Media Player seems like the best deal for one. And I think it holds more songs then the 30gb Ipod. Of course I heard they are coming out with a 60gb, so I might wait for that one. Anywho, is it worth the money? I mean should I try to save up for one or keep using my CD player?

And please don't say I should go for an Ipod instead, Itunes takes up way to much space on my computer and a snail is faster then my computer when I had it on my computer.

The 60gig ZV:M is already out. Has been for a while.

I've still got the 30gig version, but when you consider that the 60gig version is not much more expensive (an extra £30 here in the UK) it makes sense to go for the bigger model.

I've just started to run out of space and have been considering an upgrade, but I might hold out for the Creative's rumoured new player with X-Fi built in. If they don't announce it officially within the next 2 months, I'm going to trade up to the regular 60gig ZV:M.

Hi. I m frm Spore. I think u can go ahead for a Creative MP3 Player. Many will say CD Players are outdated. Moreover, they are ather bulky. MP3 players can weigh under a hundred grams and they are portable. Songs are sinked to 1/12 of their normal size when in p3 format. If u have photos, music and videos and u need lots of storage space, then u can try Creative 30GB Zen Vision M. Otherwise, u can go players with smaller capacities of 1,2,4, 5 or 6GB. 30GB of space is enough for a maximum of 15,000 songs. U can load thousands of photos and up to 120hrs of video. Cool! U can refer to the site below

Hey go with creative vision M. I have the green one, and its amazing portable media player, every time I pull it out everyone crowding around me. I have around 92 video clips, 1117 tracks, 200 pics inside and its still have a lot of space left.

As for the cd player, only you can answer that question, as you can't compare cd quality and mp3 quality. So its about quality or quantity. I myself still listen to my cd player too sometimes.

I say go for the MP3 player.

By the way, 30GB is 30GB. A 30GB Creative won't really hold more music than a 30GB iPod.
