Windows XP video oops?

I accidently deleted a video and I want to retreive it. Is it possible to find it somewhere in my computer? It's not in the recycle bin, is it possible to locate a deleted video?

You may be able to recover it with a freeware app called "Restoration" if the blocks have not yet been overwritten. (See link)

It should have been in your recycle bin, but you can try a search if you know the filname, you might be lucky
