Are you kidding? They pretty much make it up as they go and are pretty much telling you what you wanna hear.

Yes there are people who know everything about your insurance policy, but probably not your agent. The maker of the policy and you should. You really need to get a copy and make sure you know every part of it.

hell mine changes every month and I work for the danged hospital and NEVER meet my deductible. What a crock.

Definitely not. However, they think they do and can be very arrogant about it because they think they do.
