hi , i was asked by my co. to go to a far away city for 5 days, i reached and found that my hotel bookings are not confirmed, i waited for long hours, and decided to take next flight back home.
Now today the client called back, and saying he could book me in a plush luxurious hotel, if i could fly back to their cirty tomorrow itself.
I am agitated over what just happened with me, and i am tired as well.
My boss, also wants me to go, but can understand that i am not feeling good about all this, he's left the decision over me, i dont wanna dishearten any one though.
What should i do?

Tell your "co." to book your hotel and to have the hotel email a confirmation to you. Before you leave home, check with the hotel reservations employee to confirm your booking for lodging is still confirmed and let them know what airline, flt. no., and the flight's E.T.A. Make sure you get the first and last name of the hotel reservations employee you talk to. Ask your boss how you can get reimbursed any expenses you incurred for your first trip.

Things often go wrong when working with companies abroad - often all innocently. You should put it behind you and go, especially if you really enjoy what you do. Maybe if you're having second thoughts a career change is in the wind..?
