One option could be supply of tiffins (home made food) and cooked food home delivery for the working and occasional needful folks in your vicinity. This can be done even from your domestic kitchen with a minimal investment. If you could find way to people's heart through their stomach, you could be a big restaurateur one day.

You have to decide the type of business that you are interested in. If you want a sales related business there are many opportunities like Insurance, MLM(like amway, etc).
Otherwise if you have some aptitude for teaching you can take up a franchise for a training institute like Abacus or Spoken English or Computer related. These would not cost you much(approx 1.5 to 2 lakhs)

u can start stationery shops near schools or take tender for school or college canteen that will fetch u lot of money
