Which one do you think you would choose (new/newish). What do you rate them? Say, out of ten for 'living with day to day'??
Thanks!

I had a GSXR 600 and I'm getting a Hayabusa in the spring.
The looks and the power sold me!

One of those bikes doesnt fit with the others... the GSXR1000. The GSXR is basically a track bike. If you plan on hitting the track and agressively riding the twisties the GSXR is the bike for you. I'm sure your aware that all of these bikes are VERY powerful. The Hayabusa, Ninja, and Blackbird are similar bikes. The Kawasaki 1400 recently came out so if your looking for an older one, it will be a 1200.
In my opionion, I would go with the GSXR, or if you want something that is actually comfortable to ride long distances (the GSXR in NOT), I would get the Kawasaki zx14. The Hayabusa looks (and is) really dated. I also dont like the looks of the honda.

I own a hayabusa and its probably the best bike I ever owned. There is limitless things you can do to the busa and just think since 1999 to 2007 they are still coming up with new stuff for it. The Blackbird is new, you know if you look at it too long you can start feeling sick. Gsxr 1000 if you plan on carving up some cannon then this is the bike or maybe a r6 or r1 yamaha. No matter what you choose just enjoy the ride.

Of the list I have had experience with the Blackbird. A 1998 bird at that. Drove it one day, brought it back. the dealer sold it the next day, it was back the day after. So a '98 Blackie, serial # 98 of that years run was smashed from a newbie.
I brought it back because I got stopped on my first run as speed is nonsensically muted plus my 6' 2" frame did not fit well up against the tank, esp while stopping.
I have an R1 and I've had other 11's and 12's.
None are good for any pilots with less than a few yrs on the road to anticipate any quirks.
I would assume that the tourer/sports of Haya and Kaw and Hon are milder handling (relative) than the Suk.I would ride none of them without jacket, boots, gloves, helmat.
The smallest rider would fit nicely on the 1000. All the others can double as dailies, commuters. tourers-maybe. So K, H, B, S. Amazing The S doesn't have a nickname. Maybe we should give it one. They may not like the "bluebird."

attempt to work out the main recent fashions of Suzuki Hayabusa as we talk. you do no longer decide directly to spend plenty money on the acquisition of what passes somewhat from the shape so verify to have something which will final an prolonged time. This bike is appropriate for those searching for adrenaline. For all the rankings are intense. it somewhat is relatively no longer elementary to forget approximately this bike! yet another solid way is to discover functional suggestion on your attractiveness, you could then slowly positioned the image jointly. for my section, i'm very passionate Suzuki GSXR one thousand bike, because of the fact i know from journey that as we talk may be the Suzuki Motor enterprise, which represents the shape and progressed technologies in Superbike. I have a Hayabusa. It's a 99 that I bought new and I love it. Good touring bike and accelerates like none other. I've taken it on vacation and sits comfortable for 5hrs a day. Gets 50+ mpg on the highway

Busa - Monday to Friday to and from work. Comfortable grunter that will wake you up ready for the working day and it dosent matter if it gets crap all over it at it will look crap when it is clean.

G'zer - For everything else. Since you did'nt mention VTR SP1.....

Blackbird (10) best
GSXR (5)
Busa (5)
Kow (?)

Still I'd put bar risers on the Blackbird

It would depend on what I am doing -

Drag racing = Busa
Track / Cornors = GSXR1k
For getting my doors blown off = ZX14
