I really enjoyed eating whatever I wanted and losing weight while I was breastfeeding, but I put the brakes on when I stopped as I didn't want the lbs to pile back on. I'm a couple of lbs heavier than when I stopped 6 months ago, but nothing serious - especially as that's still 12lbs lighter than when I got pregnant!

I didn't gain and I didn't lose after quitting, but I lost a lot of weight while breastfeeding.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I gained just a few lbs back but was still lighter than I was when I got pregnant. The key is watching what you eat and how much.
