I was recently involved in a drug bust, so I filled out an application for McDonalds and they asked for all the fellonys and what not, so they then asked me for a drug test. What should I do!!!!!!!!!

If you are clean and drug-free now, there shouldn't be a problem with taking a drug test. I never heard of Mcdonalds asking for a drug test though???? There should be some help in your city for ex-cons who need to find employment. If you live in canada try calling 1-800-O-Canada.

ummm.....NO. if u have to take a drug test then they will find it out. also if they do any sort of background check (which i doubt being McD's) but they can find it out then too. and if u are caught lying on ur application that is an immediate firing (no matter where u work)

If you don't take the drug test, they automatically won't hire you. They don't want employees on drugs that might be more tempted to steal from them.

do the drug test unless you are using and if you are using please get some help..that is a drug that will have you stealing/and all kinds of things that will take your life downwards...I used to work with troubled teens that used and let me tell you, I have seen people lose their houses, cars, jobs, families, and life over that drug...best of wishes to you

Tell the truth. They can find out and really fire you. Don't offer the info, but if it is asked, then be honest, but point out the positives that you have done in your life to change.
