You don't say what kind of job you're going for but here are my top interview tips:
Find out about the company before you go - read their website, learn about what the do, memorise some stuff about them.
Buy a nice looking small notebook and nice pen. Write down some questions in it such as "who will be training me in this position", "would I be involved with xxx that I saw you do". "who would I be working with / for".
When they say any more questions don't say "no thanks you've covered everything" - everyone says that. Get your book out and read out your questions and write down the answers - makes you look really efficient.
Do show your sense of humour - be relaxed and chat. Try and keep them going as long as you can. Get them to show you the desk where you would be working. Compliment them on the company - they are usually really proud of the company they work for.
Don't ask about pay or holidays it makes you look like you're only in it for the money
Get there on time - go there the day before to find out how long it takes and where it is so you're not nervous when you arrive.
Be nice and chat to the receptionist and anyone you encounter often they ask the opinions of other staff once you've left.
If they ask you if you want a drink say yes - ask for water, you'll be chatting for an hour and you'll get thirsty. People like to get you things and you'll make them feel awkward if you say no thanks.
Dress smartly and conservatively. Don't wear too much make up or perfume or too much jewellry - think air hostess /steward type of subtle grooming.
Do bring copies of your CV with you - pref in see through slider folders on nice paper so that everyone in the interview room has a nice fresh copy and not just a faxed / e-mailed version.

Hi, I have just been on an interview which I dreaded very much. The first thing that I personally done was to first of all have some knowledge of the job that I will be applying for, be positive in your thinking, try to be more relax, stay calm as to not be moving in front of the interviewers, have eye contact with the interviewers, try to smile, speak clearly, listen to what is being asked, I mean really listen to what is being asked of you to answer, do not rush your answers, think for a few seconds before you reply to the question. Stay focus that you are here to not only have an interview, but to get the job and I say most of all DRESS THE PART. Most Success..

firstly you need to do a bit of research, find out as much about the company your going to as possible. that way you will be able to ask a few questions yourself relating to their products or services etc and make yourself look informed, and show that you have the initiative and drive to find stuff out on your own.
also make sure that you appear confident, the above will help. don't come across as pushy, before your interview prepare some answers in yoru head to the basic questions that you are bound to get such as - "why do you want to work for this company", "what benefits and qualities could you bring to the role" , "describe your personality".
also spend a little time brushing up on whatever skill or knowledge it is that you need for the particular job.
and most of all make sure you know whre yoru going on the day, leave plenty of time to get there, and make sure you know who it is you need to see.
