I am nearly 13 years old girl. The same thing happened with me when I was 11. It happens in between 9-16 age.
If the fluid white then its going to happen and if it is red then your pubert is started.
Dont worry its a normal phenomenon you should talk about that with your mom.
You should always use good sanitary napkins, like that of whisper ultra.
And most important be alert whenever you feel wet and go and change your pad because a stain would be embarrasing

i went through the same thing, everyone does, so first thing dont worry! if the fluid that comes out is whitish and is creamy then its normal, its just vaginal discharge, which happens to every girl, and if it is yellow and kinda smelly, then u might want to talk to doctor, dont have to, but some people do becuz they dont like the smell. otherwise its fine... andif u havt started ur period yet, then that means u soon will. so congratz :P

puberty starts at the age of 10-12.. coming urine shows that your muscles are tight... u can overcome to this by sittig on your feet while doing doing urine..
