Spybot Search and Destroy, and Spyblaster...both available at Download.com. Both work great. Yahoo toolbar actually DOES have an anti-spyware button...download the latest version.

But who said it is not there on Yahoo Toolbar. It is available very much for free. You need to download and instal it. Norton antispyware is provided with Yahoo Toolbar (I use Ver 6.3.6.0 - Build 2006.10.26.1)
Update:
I just upgraded my Yahoo toolbar to the latest version (Ver 7.0.3.0) and even this has Yahoo's own Anti-Spyware :-)
It is not an automatic install option. You need to download the same after the toolbar is installed. Found this even better!

Adware is a great freeware to install and eliminate spywares that get installed on your hard disk. A free version is available on www.lavasoft.com
There are other paid trojan and spyware cleaners that are available for a small cost like Spyware Doctor etc.
