I like her music but since she told girls to be happy with themselves and then went to get a nose job herself, I'm not so sure if she's a good role model. Also she apparently dumped her boyfriend Braxton because he didn't like her changing (like with her new nose). And there's the lip synching from ages ago and crawling on the McDonalds counter. But what do YOU think??

Personally I love Ashlee.. her music is great, it's poppy and catchy, has some meaning, and has energy and somne "girl power".
As for her image.. I don't have a problem with her changing her nose.. but I think she needs to not become too "barbie".. I like dark haired rock chick ash.. but either way she is pretty.
As for the lip sync incident - it's well over with, and besides she did have an issue with her throat. See the Ashlee SImpson show.
As for the boyfriends and "bad" behaviour.. hey she's a lot better than most of the girls in Hollywood.. I think she had a few mishaps.. but on the whole she is okay. I hope that she doesn't become like the other young hollywood people.. She's much smarter and cooler. I think bad behaviour sets a bad influence on teens and would make her a bad role model and so I hope she doesn't have any further drunken episodes etc.
Ashlee is cool! Leave her alone mean haters! :)

She's the product of brilliant marketing. Ashlee represents all the girls out there who aren't as popular, as pretty, or as talented as their older sisters. Her father very successfully sold her on that basis. It's brilliant, in a sick, dysfunctional kind of way.

I don't think much of her since I saw that McDonalds clip. Anybody who thinks they are better than anybody else and treats working class people that way doesn't deserve to have the things they have.

I think she fell victim to Hollywood lifestyle. I agree you shouldn't tell people to be happy with who you are then make obvious changes to yourself. I thought her nose was cute before her nose job.

i have always thought she was a no talent skank who rides on the coat tails of her sister. My suspicions were confirmed when she decided to consistantly act like a retard in public by lip-syncing and harrassing Mcdonalds employees

I think she is fake and not a very good singer and that she is riding on her sisters coattails..just like the father who is riding on both of there fame.
