You need to think about a few things:
Are you looking for a new job in the same type of position? Same job, new employer. You need to research other employers where you can attain a similar position and look for vacancies.
OR
Are you looking for a totally different job either within the same company or a new company? You need to consider the skills you have, interests you have a values you have to find a new position that will suit you. Think laterally about your skills - for e.g. someone who has worked in a retail store should have "good communication skills" which is a good skill for a position as a receptionist or any position involving people contact...
Hope that makes some sense.. There are also some vocational tests that you can do to figure out what your transferable skills are and job guides to help you figure out viable employment options.
Good luck! You sound like you have loads of valuable skills, I'm sure you'll find a wonderful job for you soon.
ps. Word of advice, starting a new job will be stressful initially.. it does take a while to adjust... I am currently in my 4th week of a new job and only just feeling happy and settled.. give it time when u start ur new job!! :)

I have been in graphics design for almost 30 years. I have changed jobs about 5 times in that time. Last one is 14 years and going strong. So first you decide if you are staying in the field, then decide if you really truly want to leave your current position, and if the answer is yes, go for it. My suggestion is do not quit till you have another one :)

hi, why not complete a careers match questionnaire? i did one a few years ago and found it very accurate. you answer Q's about what you do and don't like doing at work then it will suggest a list of possible jobs.
try this one from learn direct http://www.learndirect-advice.co.uk/helpwithyourcareer/skills/
or if you don't like that one contact your nearest careers advice service as they subscribe to a computerised programme which you can go and use.

Would you consider starting up in business yourself or freelancing?
Write down all the things you love and hate about your job. Then write down what your 'perfect' job would entail - even fantasy stuff. This is a great way to whittle down the ideas!!
Sorry I can't be more help.... :-)
Good Luck!
