I think I have it...I have been looking at pictures of the baby and all of the "players" involved. This baby has more characteristics of Howard Marshall - the 1st husband - than anyone. If you put the headshot of the baby next to the old guy it is almost a match 100%. Lets look at another thing - if you had 75 million at stake, wouldnt you pull out an insurance policy of lets say "sperm from the old guy" and get yourself pregnant? Why didnt she do this sooner? Well maybe it was only recently discovered. Why would a woman who had worked so hard to get her body back suddenly get pregnant? I think that it was planned and I think that she wanted to get her body in shape for the 75 mill at stake - hell I would. Ok, why elsewould Stern think it ok to give her methadone if that was truly his kid? The reason he wont submit the DNA is cuz it aint his - he is trying to figure out how to get around this. If I am right who will then get the baby? God forbid Vergie. What do you think?

Anna hasn't won any money YET from the Marshall estate. In May 2006, she won the right in US Supreme Court to continue pursuing the matter. She, or rather lawyers for her estate still have to battle the Marshall family over the fortune. Her main opposition, E. Pierce Marshall (son of Anna's late husband) died in June 2006, but the rest of the Marshalls intend to continue the fight.
It is possible Anna was artifically inseminated with her deceased husband's sperm around Dec. 2005 in an attempt to bolster her standing as an heiress. That's a stretch, though. Do we have any evidence that there was any frozen sperm or that anyone performed an insemination??
I agree with you that Howard knows the baby isn't his. I think Larry's the real father and should win custody of the baby. However, unless a DNA test is performed that verifies this, Larry hasn't a prayer of getting custody, now, does he? There's nothing IN WRITING saying Howard is her legal guardian. The only reason he still has Dannielynn is that he's her legal father according to The Bahamas, because his name's on her Bahamian birth certificate.

It is a good possibility that the baby is her ex's. She wanted the money and what better way to get it than have a baby from the frozen sperm!! And you can bet that Stern had his hands in it too. We are forgetting that the mother is a very important part in the babies life.The blood line willalways be there.A parent dissaplines their children,and children grow up sometimes hating the parent for this.But they are still your parents. Least forget,Anna was sooo drugged up all the time how would she know what she was saying?As long as the mother didn't beat,have sex or torture Anna or her son than what is the reason for so much hatered?? Any person who allows another person to stay stoned and let them make a fool of themselves is not someone who really loves or cares, unless there is tons of money coming their way.I loved my mother and there were times I hated her too,but turn my back on her NEVER..

You have got something there ... plus, many women can't get pregnant (not all, but MANY) without being in decent shape. So, you have a point. But I happen to believe that Larry Birkhart is the baby's father. At least that would give the child some hope at a normal reality. What did I just say? Yeah, I think I need to sober up and try again too.

I agree that the reason that Howard K. Stern does not want a DNA test is that the baby is not his. But I still think that Larry Birkhead is the father.

Anna fought for years for the $474 million fortune after the "old guy" died in 1994. She would have cooked up your dumb plan alot sooner if that's all it would take to get the money.
